We train all sorts: from atletes, body builders, pregnancy, obesity, children, seniors and those with disabilities. We push, support and motivate clients through assessments before and after. We set goals and measure accountability, test strengths and weaknesses through high intensity anaerobic exercise. By this we will increase confidence and high workout levels. Also helping keep a close eye on eating habits and guide you in the right direction.
